Mystery Gifts from the Thrift Shop Gift Shop, although we and our shoppers will do our absolute best to ensure the products we shop for you match the description of your requirements, sometimes gifts may not be perfect. Without adequate information and details on what interests the recipient of the gift likes, we will have to guess... But after all, it's a mystery gift shopped for you, bought, wrapped and shipped by us on your behalf and it should be a fun experience :)

Thrift Gift Club, is Australia's ultimate Kris Kringle, you sign up and with your investment, we'll shop and purchase a gift on your behalf for another member of the Thrift Gift Club. Although we try to provide gifts to the recipients based on their likes we can't promise we will always get it right. We cannot replace or refund any gifts that you didn't like for Christmas, it's all about the love and the support of the community and thrift stores!

The Marketplace Thrift Shop Gift Shop takes no responsibility for items damaged by Australia Post, however, we will ensure that the items are packed adequately. If an item is lost in the post, it is not the responsibility of Thirft Shop Gift Shop to replace the item. If by any chance the item is wrong and not the item ordered, we will credit you back the total amount paid for the product into your nominated account after you return the goods to our care; you can keep the card and wrapping paper as good will.
